In just 5 minutes you can easily walk from your apartment to the center, where you will find a variety of amenities, including a bus stop, a bakery, a bank, a pharmacy, a doctor, the tourist office and grocery stores such as Coop, Denner and Volg. There are also sports stores, a butcher’s shop and other stores to meet your needs.
The Hannigalp cable car, which takes you directly to the skiing and hiking area, is also located in the same street and is only a 4-minute walk away.

Free Wi-Fi is available in our vacation apartments so that you are always well connected during your stay. You will receive detailed information on this about 7 days before your planned arrival so that you can prepare for your stay in the best possible way.
In our vacation apartments you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including bed linen, bathroom linen and kitchen linen.
Our apartments are designed for 1 to 4 people.
In the bedroom there are two beds with bed dimensions of 90x200cm. In the living room there are two foldaway beds with normal bed dimensions of 90x200cm. Including slatted frame and high-quality mattresses and can therefore be regarded as fully-fledged beds for the 3rd and 4th person.
There is the possibility to get a crib, please contact us in time. We can also offer a high chair.

Arrival is from 15:00. You can also move into the apartment earlier if it is available. In any case, you can also park your car earlier. Please contact us about this.
Departure is at 09:00 am. If there are no direct changes, you can request a later departure on site. You are welcome to leave the car for longer.
No, no advance payment is required.
We will send you the information by email when you book.
The garden can be used by all guests. There is a trampoline available. You can also use the barbecue. We will be happy to provide you with information about wood, cushions etc. on site.
Yes, a flat rate of CHF 30 per animal will be charged for the entire stay.

No, smoking is not permitted in the vacation apartments. They are offered and rented as non-smoking apartments. An ashtray is available on the balcony or terrace.
Yes, you can use our washing machine and detergent for a fee of CHF 5.
We will be happy to change your linen during your stay for CHF 20 per set.
No, fresh rolls and bread are available in the bakery from 07 am. (approx. 5 minutes walk away). Map & opening hours (Google Maps)
Enjoy your vacation, we clean the apartment.
On the day of departure, we only ask you to do the final washing up (or put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it).
There is a garbage collection point 100 meters behind the house. Use the official orange (chargeable) bin bags for your waste. There are separate containers for PET, glass and aluminum. The route is marked with an orange line on the following map: https://bit.ly/3gt3IRp
You can leave cardboard and paper in the apartment.
We ask you to remove the bed linen.

The most famous mountain is the Weisshorn at 4505 m above sea level. In front of it you can see the pyramid of the Brunegghorn (3831 m), which is often mistaken for the Matterhorn. Behind the house, about 200 meters away, you can also see the Matterhorn. The Matterhorn can be seen even better from the Hannigalp.
An excursion to the Alpe Jungen is also an experience. Here you can see the Mischabel group with the Ried Glacier and Dom. At 4546 m above sea level, it is the highest mountain in Switzerland with its entire circumference on Swiss soil.
Towards the north, you can see the Bernese Alps with the striking Bietschhorn (3,934 m). When hiking on the Hannigalp, you can even see the large Aletsch Glacier.
No, or partially. Most of the village is accessible by car. Only the southern part of the village is car-free. The vacation apartments in Chalet Soldanella are located in the part of the village that can be reached by car. Nevertheless, the whole village of Grächen is very quiet.
Grächen offers 44 kilometers of slopes and ideal conditions for children and adults. The Hannigalp cable car takes skiers up to 2,114 meters above sea level in Grächen, where there are slopes for all levels of difficulty and a wide range of visitors. The winter wonderland offers fun parks, an indoor play park and is ideal for family vacations with numerous attractions. Tickets are available on site or online.
The Hannigalp lies at 2114 m above sea level above Grächen in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. The 8-seater gondola lift takes you directly from Grächen up to Hannigalp!
In various hamlets you can see the peak of the Matterhorn in the middle of the valley. It is best seen on the Hannigalp and in the Seetalhorn ski area.
Grächen lies 1620 m above sea level on a wide sun terrace high above the Zermatt valley, in the midst of a magnificent Alpine panorama. Of the 14 km2 municipal area, 60% is covered with coniferous forest.
