The Walliserkanne is an institution in Grächen, where tradition meets contemporary indulgence. Restaurant Weisshorn

Don’t let the name fool you: The Weisshorn restaurant may call itself a steakhouse and pizzeria, but behind it lies a real culinary gem. The name is a loving homage to the history of the establishment, when father Markus Brigger opened Grächen’s first pizzeria here in 1979.
Since 2019, son Sven Brigger has taken over the reins in the kitchen and elevated the restaurant to new heights. With experience from top restaurants, he celebrates modern, creative Alpine cuisine at the highest level. Under the motto “Earth, Forest and Alps”, he creates dishes based on regionality, freshness and perfect craftsmanship. And for all those who want to stay true to tradition: The excellent pizza is of course still available.

At the Restaurant zum See, you can expect a well thought-out, modern concept that is implemented with great passion by the hosts Francesco and Salome. Restaurant Bärgji-Alp

The Bärgji-Alp restaurant is more than just a mountain inn – it is a dream come true. Even as a young boy, Tobias Williner knew that he would follow in his family’s footsteps and take over the traditional establishment. Today, he and his wife Nicole are the fourth generation to carry on this dream with impressive passion.
The location alone is spectacular, with an overwhelming view of the Matterhorn and Bietschhorn. But Tobias and Nicole’s cuisine makes the visit unforgettable. They celebrate modern Alpine cuisine that is firmly rooted in Valais tradition. Regional and seasonal products are served, creatively transformed into traditional meat dishes as well as innovative vegetarian and vegan creations. A real experience for the palate and the eyes.

At the Thomas Platter Stube, you will experience hospitality that comes from the heart.
